#Find60

Well this week was a week that I will probably remember for a long time. Elder Pajarin and I were determined that we were going to accomplish the #Find60 this week. That is our goal we have right now in the zone to find 60 new investigators each week. The average in our mission is only about 12 though haha. We worked so hard every single day to visit all of our progressing investigators, as well as finding as much as we could. I am happy to say we found 49 new investigators this week!! It was fun to have teach so many lessons in one week! It makes me feel better about my work efforts when we have a bunch of lessons like that. Each night I laid down on the floor of the house just dead beat to death hahaha. On Saturday night, we were both wobbling down the street back home because we were so tired from inviting everyone to church. We were positive that we were going to have at least 10 investigators at church on Sunday. But, the Lord works in mysterious ways haha. When we got to church we were slowly watching the texts roll in with different reasons why they couldn't make it this week. We only had 1 person show up and not going to lie I had a little moment sitting there in sacrament. I didn't understand how a week of such hard work could result in such little results.

I had an eye opening moment that I needed to have. The mission isn't about the numbers. We shouldn't focus our joy on the things we can't control in our lives. If we stress too much on "results" or progress of people, or else we will be sad when things don't work out how we thought it should. I felt super peaceful that night as I pondered my week. God has a plan for all of us, and I am sure that our hard work will start paying off in the future week:) I love finding happiness in little things. I have told you multiple times in my letters that that is one of my favorite things I have learned from my mission. Being happy from things that wouldn't make others happy. If we can learn to smile at the little things in life then nothing will make us very sad:):)

It has been super fun being in a trio this last week haha. We actually never worked with all three of us though. We always just got a worker to go with one of us so that we could work in both areas. Elder Aiono will get a new companion this upcoming week though.

Nothing too crazy happened this week. We had to take our shoes and socks off a few times to walk through floods to get to investigators which was funny. It has been a crazy adventure when high tide floods half of our area every single day haha!

Anyway, that is about all for this week! Hope you guys are all having a fun summer! Tell Big Ty welcome home for me! It is crazy to think that he is home now! Love you guys!

No pics this week so thought a wedding picture from Parker's wedding would be fun. We missed our favorite missionary Graden for the big day!
